4. Remove the choke switch vacuum hoses (SW) and cam of the switch of system of increase in frequency of rotation of idling (FICB).
A) Remove vacuum hoses and air valve (pneumatic VTV diode) from choke position switch (SW).
b) (Variant with switch cam for idle speed increase system (FICB))
Remove vacuum hoses and FICB assembly.
5. Remove the carb cap (float chamber cover).
A) (carburetor without additional shutter in the secondary chamber and with a high idle control cam (FICB))
Disconnect the idle speed increase cam switch rod (FICB).
b) Disconnect the idle speed increase linkage.
V) Having unscrewed the five screws securing the carburetor cover, remove the plate with the carburetor number (1), bracket A (2) and bracket B (3).
G) Remove the float chamber cover along with the gasket.
6. Remove the float together with the fuel needle valve after removing the float pin. Remove the gasket from the float chamber cover.
7. Remove the valve seat and seat gasket.
8. Remove the economizer drive piston:
A) loosen the fixing screw (holder);
b) while holding the piston, unscrew the screw and remove the retainer;
V) then remove the piston and spring.
9. (Carburetor with float chamber imbalance system (OVCV))
Remove the three screws, remove the valve body of the float chamber unbalance system (OVCV).
10. (Carburetor with automatic choke)
Remove the spring housing by unscrewing the three screws and removing the retainer and gasket.
11. Remove the choke switch (SW).
(Carburetor with automatic choke (version with a double diaphragm in its drive)).
A) Unscrew the three screws, remove the cover, diaphragm, housing and spring.
b) Remove split ring, cuff and diaphragm.
(Carburetor with automatic choke (version with a single diaphragm in its drive))
A) Unscrew three screws, remove cover and spring.
b) Remove split ring, restrictor, spring, collar and diaphragm.
(Manual choke carburetor)
A) File the riveted ends of the air damper mounting screws.
b) Loosen the two screws securing the air damper plate and remove it.
V) Pull out the choke roller and spring.
G) Remove the two screws, remove the bracket and the choke switch housing (SW).
14. (Carburetor without secondary choke and with high idle control cam switch (FICB))
Remove Idle Speed Control Cam Switch (FICB).
Dismantling the carburetor body
1. Remove the throttle opener or throttle lever (TR).
2. Turn out jets and economizer:
A) idle jet;
b) economizer jet;
V) (Carburetor with additional choke ("air valve') in the secondary chamber) dosing needle guide;
G) main fuel jet of the secondary chamber;
d) plug and gasket;
e) primary fuel main jet and gasket.
3. (variant without additional damper in the secondary chamber) Unscrew the two screws, remove the small diffuser and gasket.
4. Unscrew the solenoid valve (or valves) shutting off the fuel supply.
5. Remove the accelerator pump by unscrewing the four screws, removing the pump housing, diaphragm and spring.
6. (Carburetor with additional accelerator pump (AAR)) Remove additional accelerator pump (AAR), by removing the three screws, removing the housing, spring and diaphragm.
7. (Carburetor with secondary choke and high idle control cam (FICB)) Disconnect the idle speed increase cam switch rod (FICB). Remove the high idle control cam position switch by removing the two screws, disconnecting the linkage, and removing the FICB switch housing.
8. (Carburetor with additional shutter in the secondary chamber) Remove the idle mixture adjuster when the engine is warm (HIC), by removing the two screws, removing the cover with gasket, HIC valve and valve seat.
9. (variant without additional damper in the secondary chamber) Remove the throttle actuator of the secondary chamber:
A) remove the return spring;
b) remove two screws;
V) Disconnect the linkage and remove the throttle body of the secondary chamber.
10. (variant without additional damper in the secondary chamber) Disassemble the secondary throttle actuator by removing the four screws from the actuator housing.
11. Turn out a stopper.
12. Remove the float chamber sight glass by removing the two screws, glass and O-ring.
