Removal and installation
Note:
- When removing, refer to the figure "clutch pedal".
- When installing, do the reverse of removal.
Checking and adjusting the clutch pedal
1. Check the position of the clutch pedal height from the floor.
- Pedal height - 168-178 mm
2. Adjust the pedal height if necessary.
A) Loosen the locknut. Adjust the pedal height by turning the adjusting bolt.
b) Tighten locknut.
3. Check the pedal free play by depressing the pedal until resistance appears.
A) Disconnect the clutch fork lever.
b) Remove the clutch cover and spring.
V) Adjust the pedal cable tension by turning the adjusting bolt.
- Pedal free play - 10-30 mm

3 - axis of the clutch pedal,
4 - clutch pedal,
5 - spring,
6 - bushing,
7 - stroke limiter,
8 - clutch pedal pad.
4. Check up the moment of deenergizing of coupling.
A) Apply the parking brake lever and start the engine at idle.
b) While pressing the brake pedal, engage first gear. Gradually release the clutch pedal. Measure the distance between the pedal and the floor before the moment of setting.
- Nominal distance - not less than 20 mm
