A) Remove the battery and battery bracket.
b) Remove the plugs and connect a pressure gauge to the appropriate port.
V) Install the battery and battery mounting bracket.
- Tightening torque - 7 -10 Nm
Note:
- Warm up the automatic transmission fluid to operating temperature (70 -90°C).
- After the end of the test, disconnect the pressure gauge and install new plugs.
Plug tightening torque - 7 - 10 Nm
2. Measure the pressure of the throttle valve, direct clutch (C1), forward clutch (C2) and second brake pressure (AT 2).
A) Apply the parking brake.
b) Start the engine.
V) Gently depress the brake pedal and move the selector to the range "D". Measure pressure at idle.
G) Repeat check for selector range "R" And "2".
Manometer installation.
1 - Throttle valve pressure measurement (front of gearbox housing),
2 - pressure measurement in the main line (bottom rear of gearbox housing),
3 - speed controller pressure measurement (rear of gearbox housing),
4 - pressure measurement in the main line (upper part of the gearbox housing).
Attention: release the accelerator pedal and stop the test if the rear wheels begin to rotate before the speed reaches the maximum value.
3. Measure first brake pressure (IN 1).
A) Place chocks under drive wheels.
b) Start the engine.
V) Move the selector lever from range D to range 3 and 2. At the moment of switching to range "2" measure the fluid pressure. At the moment of switching to the range "3" With the accelerator pedal fully released, measure the pressure.
4. Measure first brake pressure (IN 1) and reverse clutch (NW).
A) Place chocks under drive wheels.
b) Start the engine.
V) Put the selector lever in the range "D", depress the accelerator pedal, after shifting to third gear, release the accelerator pedal and immediately measure the pressure.
5. Measure the speed regulator pressure.
A) Start the engine.
b) Put the selector lever in the range "D" and measure the pressure at 30 and 60 km/h.
6. Analysis of test results:
A) If on all ranges the pressure does not correspond to the specified values, then:
- transmission pump defective.
- Defective fluid filter.
- O-rings are defective.
- the working fluid filter is dirty.
- valve block defective.
- battery is defective.
- Throttle valve defective.
b) If the pressure is below the specified values on the range "D", That:
- valve block defective.
- Faulty manual pressure test valve.
- Faulty forward clutch.
V) If the pressure is below the specified values on the range "R", That:
- defective throttle valve;
- the throttle valve tip is faulty;
- loosening of the valve mounting bolt - throttle;
- malfunction of the valve block;
- defective manual pressure test valve;
- the working fluid filter is faulty;
- main line is faulty.
G) If the pressure is below the specified values on the range "R", That:
- defective speed controller.
- valve block failure
- Faulty manual pressure test valve.
- the working fluid filter is dirty.
- main line is faulty.
