Injection advance control

The injection advance angle is controlled as follows: the solenoid valve changes the fuel pressure of the booster pump in the working chamber of the hydraulic piston cam drive according to the signals from the control unit. This changes the angular position of the washer relative to the pump shaft, i.e. there is a change in the angle of the beginning of the fuel supply.

The optimal fuel consumption at permissible concentrations of toxic components in the exhaust gas, the value of the injection advance angle is calculated based on signals from various sensors, such as engine speed, accelerator pedal position, intake air pressure (boost pressure).

Solenoid valve resistance test

Resistance at a temperature of 20°C - 10 -14 Ohm

1. Turn off "ignition".

2. Disconnect the solenoid valve connector.

3. Measure the resistance between the valve terminals.

Checking the operation of the solenoid valve

1. Turn off "ignition".

2. Disconnect the solenoid valve connector and connect the battery to the +B and TCV terminals (-). The valve operation sound should be heard.

Note: Do not apply power for more than 30 seconds.
