Replacing the front brake hoses
1. Raise the car and remove the wheel.
2. Unscrew the tube fitting from the hose.
3. Get the brace (2) and pass the hose (3) through the hole in the bracket (1 - tube).
4. Turn away a bolt of the union and disconnect a hose from a support.
5. When assembling, replace the copper gaskets, align the protrusion on the hose with the hole in the caliper and tighten the union bolt to the specified torque.
6. Pass the hose into the bracket, screw on the fitting nut, insert the bracket and tighten the nut.
7. Bleed air from caliper cylinders (see subsection 8.10).
8. Install the wheel and lower the car.
Replacing rear brake hoses
1. Follow the steps in paragraphs. 1–3.
2. Bleed air from caliper cylinder (see subsection 8.10).
Tube replacement
1. When replacing tubes, make sure that they are secured with clamps along the entire route.
2. The shape of the bent new tubes must match the shape of the replacement tubes.
3. It is allowed to install only steel pipes that exactly match the make of the car.
