Master cylinder assembly

1. Lubricate the surfaces indicated by the arrows in the figure.



2. (2C)

Install damper.

A) Install a new gasket.



b) Install damper.

• Tightening torque - 45 Nm

3. Install piston stop and piston.



4. Install the expansion tank.

A) Install the new expansion tank to the master cylinder body.

b) Install the float and cover.

V) Install split pin as shown.



5. Install the stopper.
