2. Remove the timing belt.
3. Remove the intermediate pulley.
4. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.
5. Remove the dipstick.
6. (Model 2WD) Remove the center beam.
7. Remove a reception pipe of system of release.
8. (Model 2WD) Remove the manifold stand.
9. (Model 2WD) Remove the hardener.
10. (Model 2WD) Remove the left stiffener.
11. Remove the oil pan and oil pump.
A) Remove the dipstick and remove 17 bolts and 2 nuts.
b) Insert a sharp blade between the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and sump, cut the seal and remove the sump.
Notes:
- - Be careful not to damage the sump flange.
- - Do not use this method when removing the oil pump and crankshaft shank oil seal retainer.
12. Remove the oil separator and oil receiver with strainer.
13. Turn away 12 bolts and remove the oil pump.
