Installing the rear spoiler

1. Clean the rear spoiler mounting locations from adhesive residue with a scraper or a cloth soaked in solvent.



2. Apply a new layer of adhesive to the joint surfaces as shown in the figure.



3. Using a lamp, heat the rear spoiler mounting points on the trunk lid and on the spoiler itself, as shown in the figure.



4. Install the rear spoiler on the trunk lid and tighten the two fastening nuts.
