12.4.1. Removal and installation

As already mentioned, connecting rods with ball joints are used to connect the anti-roll bar to the wishbones of the wheel suspension. In order to remove the anti-roll bar, it is necessary to remove the suspension cross member and the muffler pipe (If equipped with power steering, disconnect the steering hoses). When removing the mounting clamps, pay attention to the installation position of the rubber bushings, so that the next time you install them, put them in the same position. There are colored lines on both ends of the anti-roll bar and the bushings should be installed so that the edge of the bushing on each side matches the edge of the colored line. Tighten the connecting rod nuts to a torque of 35 Nm, the mounting clamp bolts to a torque of 20 Nm. Install the suspension cross member and muffler pipe in accordance with the instructions in the last chapter.
