Examination
1. Checking the operation of the lock.
A) Check that the remote lock only works when the main switch is in the "ON".
b) When the switch on the key is pressed, the door locks are activated, with the exception of paragraphs. 3, 4, 6a.
V) If at least one door is unlocked, pressing the key switch will lock all doors. If all doors are locked, pressing will unlock all doors.
2. Checking the auto-locking mechanism. Check that if no doors are opened within 30 seconds after unlocking the doors, all doors will lock automatically.
3. Check that when the key is inserted into the clamping lock, when the key switch is pressed, the remote lock does not work.
4. Check that when you press the switch on the key, the lock only works once, re-activation is possible only 0.5 seconds after the button is released.
5. Checking the retry mechanism
A) If there is a mechanical impediment to latch movement when pressing the lock switch button, 10 attempts will be made to lock the doors.
b) If during the operation of the auto-locking mechanism of locks there is a mechanical obstacle to the movement of the latch, then 10 attempts to lock the doors will be made within 2 seconds
6. Check that if at least one door is ajar, the door locks do not work.
7. Each set of transmitters (keys) and the receiver has its own identification code. If within 10 minutes the receiver receives more than 10 incorrect codes, the remote lock system is blocked. To unlock the system, you must insert the key into the door lock or ignition lock.
Receiver and transmitter
1. Replacing the transmitter battery.
Note: a healthy battery with a load of 1.2 kΩ has a voltage of at least 2.1 V.
A) Loosen the screw, slide and remove the key cover.
b) Install a new battery and o-ring.
2. Checking the transmitter.
A) Remove the battery from the key.
b) Apply voltage 3V (For example, two known good batteries) to key contacts ("+" to the side contact, to the bottom).
V) Check that the remote lock works at a distance of 1 m from the driver's door handle.
Note: Do not touch the key plate, this will reduce the range of the transmitter.
